COMPANY NEWS - WORLD ENERGY LABS MOVES TO MOUNTAIN VIEW

Mountain View – June 11, 2007

World Energy Labs announced today that it has moved its company headquarters to a new, larger facility in Mountain View, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, California. The company had previously been headquartered in downtown San Francisco. The new facility, located at 365 East Middlefield Road, was previously home to Intel Corporation’s first silicon wafer foundry. “The new space is ideally situated in a historic technology center, and is large enough for our growing team,” said Sean Salloux, CEO of World Energy Labs. “This strategic move will accelerate our expansion into developing markets.”

World Energy Labs Technology Advancement Group, responsible for the company’s continuing innovations, will also be relocating to the Mountain View facility from their lab in Torrance, CA. “The Technology Advancement Group is very excited to be joining the rest of the team in Mountain View,” said Craig Horne, World Energy Labs’ VP of Technology. “We are well positioned to make the breakthrough developments in electrochemical analysis that are just ahead on our roadmap.”

“Our customers will definitely reap the benefits of this move,” said Sean Salloux. “Our new facility includes a large area devoted specifically for customer training, and the proximity of the Customer Support Team to the Technology Advancement Group will enable a higher level of customer focus.”

World Energy Labs is one of the leading diagnostic instrumentation companies in the fast growing Clean Technology sector. Its patented technology and proprietary CEL-Scan™ analysis approach (Chemical Electrical Layer Scan) puts high-end, lab grade, bench-top functionality previously only available in expensive bench top devices and operated by highly trained personnel, into a portable, handheld, diagnostic package that is simple to use by any field technician.

The Interrogator series of testers are used for evaluating the state of health and other critical parameters for energy storage and energy conversion devices. This includes areas from batteries to fuel cells, in the field and in the manufacturing process. The Interrogator series of product can also be used to test other electrochemical systems like capacitors, corrosion on pipelines, bridges, and other infrastructure, and bio-systems.
